DeskFit
DeskFit needs your camera to count reps. It does not need the internet, and it never sends what the camera sees anywhere.

Each platform uses its own first-party neural pose model: Apple's Vision framework (VNDetectHumanBodyPoseRequest) on iOS, and Google's ML Kit Pose Detection "Accurate" model (pose-detection-accurate) on Android.
The models output around 33 body joint positions with a confidence score each. DeskFit uses 12 of them — hips, knees, ankles, shoulders, elbows, wrists — to judge a rep.
Both models run entirely on-device. No frames or data are sent to any server, which is also why rep counting works with no network connection at all.
Streaks, medals and lifetime totals are your record. Nothing is published, and no team leaderboard exists unless an organisation asks us to build one for them.
It isn't released yet. iOS and Android are both coming — the download links on this site go live the day it ships.
$6.99 per month or $49 per year, USD, with a 3-day free trial.

Right now, squats and push-ups — 10 squats, 10 push-ups, or both in one mission. More movements are on the way.
Flip it face-up against a wall so the camera can see you, and make sure your full body is in frame when you do your reps.
Yes. The pose model is bundled on the device, so rep counting works with no connection.
No. It's an accountability and tracking tool built out of one person's experience with lower back pain. If you have an injury or a condition, talk to a health professional before you start.
